This role has a high level of visibility within the organization and directly influences the success of the business; interaction with senior management will occur on nearly a daily basis.  This person will play a pivotal role in providing the team with comprehensive research for a variety of assignments.  Must enjoy investigative work, possess the drive to seek an answer, be resourceful to generate appropriate names effectively, and have strong project orientation. Must be able to handle multiple, competing deadlines.  As this individual becomes more exposed to the search process, he/she will have the opportunity to drive business intelligence and strategy.   Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to acquire business and personnel intelligence on target companies using the telephone and online resources
  • Analyze and interpret data from primary and secondary source research to determine clear recommendations and actions 
  • Develop and refine systems and processes that allow for seamless tracking and leveraging of massive amounts of data
  • Evaluate research strategy and yield to determine effectiveness of efforts and redefine strategies appropriately



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2-5 years of prior business experience
  • Customer service-oriented, self starter, and resourceful
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with solid problem solving orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior sales, customer service, and/or research skills a plus
  • Quality- and detail-oriented

Compensation:   Pay for performance compensation model to include base and quarterly bonuses.
