Vice President, Business Development & Strategy

Our client, a rapidly growing, dynamic, highly successful software technology company seeks a bright, high-potential professional to lead business development and strategy for the organization.    The company is a software as a service (SaaS) client solutions company serving the financial services and specialty finance sectors.  Having recently been acquired by a private equity firm, the company is going through rapid growth and expansion, with expectation to double in size and revenue over the next five years.  The company was founded in the San Francisco area and has been headquartered in the DC metro area for close to ten years.  They have an experienced, highly reputable, forward-thinking management team that have lead them to achieve their goals and objectives, and will continue to do so.  They have an innovative, unique product and their customers include some of the most prominent, leading financial services organizations.  The environment is dynamic, hands-on, fast paced, results oriented and fair.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Strong problem solving skills.
  • Highest level of ethics, honesty, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on time and in an organized manner.
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Train and develop staff when required.

Compensation:  Excellent compensation package includes competitive salary, bonus and meaningful equity.
