Reporting to the Director of Finance, this newly created position will have outstanding exposure/visibility and collaboration with senior management, business unit leaders and will be involved in interesting, complex business initiatives.  This position will provide analysis, financial statement support, and internal/external reporting related to the Company’s revenue.  This is a highly visible and critical area, requiring the use of significant judgements and estimate.  This person will partner with strategic operations and external consultants to prepare, analyze and report revenues, as well as make a valuable impact in creating efficiencies in processes/procedures.  With the company’s outstanding finance and accounting team, this person will receive excellent mentorship and exposure to highly regarded, successful financial professionals.  Given the breadth and depth of this role for a company of this size and complexity, this is truly a unique experience for a motivated and driven professional.  They are looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation with excellent, quantitative analytical skills.   • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
  • Big 4/public accounting foundation, combined with excellent quantitative/analytical skills.
  • 4-8 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills in order to work with and analyze large volumes of data. 
  • Successful candidate will be articulate with a professional presence; must be a self-starter and an independent thinker able to multi-task and prioritize various tasks.
  • Strong detail orientation combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to interact and develop working relationships with individuals from various disciplines.
  • Process oriented, always looking to challenge and improve upon / streamline existing processes.
