Senior Director, Hospitality

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

We have been retained by one of the most prestigious and prominent owners and developers of office real estate in the DC metro area regarding a Senior Director of Hospitality position.  The company has an impressive portfolio of Class A office space, along with substantial, iconic mixed-use projects currently under development and a strong pipeline in the DC metro area.  The executive management team has an outstanding reputation, track record of success, and they have positioned the company for continued growth and expansion through substantial transactional activity.  The company has an innovative management team, strong branding, and the foundation for significant growth and change in the short to medium term. 

POSITION INFORMATION:

This newly created position will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, while interacting on a daily basis with the VP of Marketing & Branding, as well as the VP of Property Operations.  The executive team has strategized a truly innovative concept of bringing a luxury, highly amenitized hospitality experience to their commercial office portfolio.  This person will be critical in leading and implementing this vision, as well as thinking creatively to make further recommendations about all aspects of corporate and property-level hospitality and branding.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of implementing a ground-breaking, cutting-edge concept to one of the most successful commercial real estate companies in the DC metro area.  They are looking for a forward-thinking leader who can make a significant, positive impact to the company.

Compensation: Excellent compensation package includes competitive base salary, annual bonus, and strong benefits package.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in hospitality and/or high-end customer experience.  
  • Prior experience in real estate or real estate-related industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor degree and/or MBA desired.
  • Strong business and hospitality acumen.
  • Well-organized team player with top-notch customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to be a respectfully drive change with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL CASH COMPENSATION: Contingent Upon Experience.
