Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Treasurer



Our client, a publicly traded, acquisition-oriented, industrial / manufacturing company, seeks a high potential Investor Relations /Treasury professional to join the senior financial management team. This company has an impressive history of growth both organically and through acquisitions, and anticipates significant growth in both revenue and earnings over the next 3-5 years. Our client has a high-quality, experienced & innovative management team.  The company has a consistent track record of providing outstanding career opportunities to high potential financial professionals.  This opportunity is located in Dallas, TX.



Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and interacting frequently with the CEO/President, this newly created position will be responsible for further developing and implementing investor relations strategies. This hands-on, high potential, driven professional will be responsible for managing all IR initiatives, including quarterly results and corporate announcements, Wall Street outreach and marketing, arrangement and leadership of analyst/investor events, analysis and tracking of competitor activities, media inquiry responses, collaboration with senior management on external communication, and special projects related to investor relations. 

As the Corporate Treasurer, this person will be responsible for the full Treasury function and manage Treasury strategies, operations and policies.  This will include but not be limited to cash management/forecasting and investments, manage banking and other capital market relationships, determine and execute capital markets activity, identify, recommend and manage financing/debt alternatives, debt compliance, manage/mitigate foreign exchange risk, payment processing, risk management, tax planning and special projects. 

This person will have high visibility and exposure to the organization’s management team and Board of Directors, and the successful candidate will make a significant impact on the company. This position has been benchmarked for a high potential financial professional and will provide significant career mobility and advancement opportunities. 

Compensation: Excellent compensation program including salary, bonus and equity.  If needed, a comprehensive full relocation package will be provided.



  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant financial experience in a top-tier public company. Prior exposure to multi-site manufacturing/industrial companies preferred.  Prior investor relations experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related discipline.  MBA or advanced degree in Finance strongly preferred.
  • Prior successful experience interacting with the investment community, including buy and sell side analysts, key shareholders, financial media, and potential shareholders.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities. Good business judgment and common sense.  Strong leadership skills.  Ability to understand complex business strategies and the ability to communicate in an effective, efficient manner.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detail-oriented mentality.  Strategic but also detail-oriented and able make sound, considered decisions
