Acquisition Analyst

The Analyst will report to the Director of Acquisition Strategy and Analytics. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution and a minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance, transaction advisory or consulting experience.

Compensation: Excellent compensation package which includes salary and bonus. Strong growth potential for top performers.


This role will work with the Director to create the initial acquisition projection analysis based upon diligence, identifying all the operational metrics to achieve pro forma projections to contribute to the growth of the firm. The Analyst will work with the senior management team on all diligence processes that include operational, financial and legal. This role will be key to identifying new market opportunities which include demographic and competitive analysis.  This is a unique opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the small and growing team, while enhancing the development and growth of your professional career.

  • Undergraduate degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of investment banking, transaction advisory or consulting experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables and function formulas for data comparison) and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent quantitative skills; ability to develop analytical methodologies and assumptions, use data software to conduct the analyses, and synthesize findings. 
  • Solid problem-solving skills that will effectively influence the decision-making process.
  • Process-orientated with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Intellectually curious, with a strong work ethic and proven ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment.
  • Passionate about working with, normalizing, and synthesizing large amounts of data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to transform complex ideas into straightforward presentations and visualizations.
  • Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution.
  • Strong relationship-development skills with the ability to work effectively across many internal functional groups to collaborate to utilize resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions.
  • Self-motivated; able to work both independently or as part of a larger team to prioritize tasks to manage applicable department timelines and deadlines
