Our client, a publicly traded, acquisition-oriented, industrial / manufacturing company, seeks a take charge professional to manage and lead the global human resources function for an operating segment. This company has an impressive history of growth both organically and through acquisitions, and anticipates significant growth in both revenue and earnings over the next 3-5 years. Our client has a high-quality, experienced & innovative management team. Reporting to the Segment President, this highly visible position will be responsible for being the HR business partner to develop and implement HR strategies on a global basis. This hands-on, high potential, driven professional will be responsible for managing a small team over all HR initiatives including organizational development and succession planning, identification and assessment of high potential talent, human capital initiatives including talent acquisition strategies, compensation and equity issues, mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and integration issues and other special projects and initiatives to improve the company. This person would be heavily involved in working with senior management in the operating groups facilitating continuous improvement efforts and driving change. As part of the senior management team, there is high visibility and exposure in this role and it is expected the successful candidate will make a significant impact on the company.

Compensation: Excellent compensation program including salary, bonus and equity. If needed, full relocation will be provided



  • Minimum 15 years of relevant human resource experience in a top tier, international company where the human resources function is viewed as a business partner to drive change. Prior exposure with manufacturing/industrial companies required.
  • Undergraduate degree, MBA preferred.
  • Prior experience and successful track record of driving change. Prior experience with companies who have been active in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, detail-oriented mentality. Ability to be strategic but also detail-oriented to make sure good decisions are made.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Good business judgment and common sense.
