Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this is a critical position for the company.  This person will have valuable exposure and interaction with the Managing Director of the firm, as well as the entire executive management team.  This person will be handling the daily, hands-on functions of the operations department, which includes creating management reports, drafting detailed client correspondence and marketing materials, updating valuable database information, and managing shifting priorities/initiatives.  This person will play a pivotal role in maintaining an organized and productive office, while gaining valuable exposure to high-level, executive search.  It is a great opportunity to learn the internal workings of a successful company, while also being exposed to interesting, top-caliber client companies.   Specific responsibilities will include:


  • Preparing, editing, and formatting documents for clients and management reports
  • Preparing meeting minutes, and answering incoming phone calls as necessary
  • Updating data trackers and database information
  • Tracking and reporting weekly and quarterly activity of consultants
  • Maintaining and updating company website
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing marketing materials for clients
  • Additional special projects ranging from research to database management



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience
  • Bright, energetic, take-initiative individual with strong communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Detail- and task-oriented
