Senior Pricing Manager


We have been retained by a $350 million revenue, innovative, private equity-backed, rapidly growing professional services company to search for a high-potential, financial professional to join the commercial team as Senior Pricing Manager. The company has a highly respected, experienced, innovative leadership team and is well-positioned for continued success, growth, and expansion both in the US and internationally. The company has been recognized by numerous organizations including The New York Times for its innovative business model which is making a significant impact on the industry.  This entrepreneurial company is looking for a high-potential accounting professional to join the team to support and lead the global accounting function. This position will be located in New York City in a desirable area. The company culture is fast-paced, progressive, and entrepreneurial.


Reporting to the head of the commercial finance group, this analytical, high-potential professional will be the point person for pricing strategy for the organization.  This person will be responsible for owning and updating the company’s pricing tools and guidelines and will work cross-functionally to drive optimal business results and revenue.  This person will also be able to develop and build further structure for the group including a plan for team growth and development. This person will work closely with the Sales, Product Management, and the broader finance team to drive results.  This is a newly created position with outstanding opportunities to add value to and for continued professional growth within the company.

Compensation: Excellent compensation package including competitive base salary and bonus. If needed, relocation will be provided.


  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience within a complex pricing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for a quantitative or analytical focus.
  • Career-motivated and desire to work in an entrepreneurial company. 
  • Must have advanced Excel skills with experience with building complex models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence, and willingness to lead change within a complex, global company.  Must be comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work across functions and provide support to executives and other leaders within a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong character and ability to problem solve and think proactively
