COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Dynamic, growing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial commercial private real estate investment and development company seeks a take-charge, real estate professional to join the finance group.  The company has an aggressive plan to continue acquiring a diverse product type of commercial real estate assets in the Washington, DC area.  The senior management team is comprised of experienced real estate professionals and is positioned for significant growth over the next three to five years.

POSITION INFORMATION:

This individual’s primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing cash flow models using Argus and Excel.
• Valuations of properties.
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting for properties.
• Review and analyze historical and projected operational asset-specific data (proforma analysis and budget analysis).
• Work with outside brokers to collect information on potential acquisitions and assist with financial due diligence.
• Ensure all operational information is captured in the financial model and prepare reporting packages.
• Various diverse special projects, as needed.

Excellent compensation package including salary and bonus. 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant real estate experience.  Prior commercial office experience strongly preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage multiple transactions.  Enjoy working in a fast-paced, informal, fluid environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and solid financial aptitude. Argus skills required.
• Prior knowledge/experience in the DC commercial real estate marketplace highly desired.

TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL CASH COMPENSATION: Contingent Upon Experience.
