POSITION INFORMATION: Reporting to the CFO, the Assistant Controller will be responsible for all accounting operations for the corporate entity. Specific duties will include monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, billing, payroll and cash management. Compensation: Excellent compensation package in excess of $100,000.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

BS Accounting and CPA highly preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant progressive accounting experience.

The ability to be hands-on, drive change and improve financial operations.

Strong entrepreneurial spirit, solid communication, business and common sense skills, with desire to work with a privately held company.
TOTAL ESTIMATED ANNUAL CASH COMPENSATION:
Contingent Upon Experience.
