Founder/Managing Director, Mark Pugrant, transitioned from Arthur Anderson in the early 1990s after identifying a gap in the market for a highly specialized financial recruiting firm. He combined his background in corporate accounting with a passion for understanding people. This allowed him to cultivate a robust network, develop meaningful relationships with various companies, and build a strong reputation in the community.
Over the last 25+ years, Grant Morgan has experienced successful operation and exponential growth.
