Melissa Sollid joined Grant Morgan in March 2022.  She recruits for senior and executive level finance and accounting, human resources, and information technology positions in industries such as finance, real estate development and property management, construction, and industrial/manufacturing. She brings more than 15 years of recruiting experience in the DC area.  Prior to GM, Melissa was a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Marriott International and also the Corporate Recruiter at DAVIS Construction.  In addition to corporate recruiting experience, she has recruited for DC based agency firms.

Melissa attended Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in business management. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and going to concerts and sporting events.
