Olivia Dela Cruz joined Grant Morgan in June 2024. As a new graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she is looking to make an impact on the operational side of executive searches. Before coming to GM, Olivia gained experience in communications and account management at digital agencies and non-profits. She hopes to apply some of those skills to displaying Grant Morgan’s esteemed reputation in the high-level recruiting industry.

Olivia earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, with a concentration in Health Communications and Marketing. She enjoys reading, running, and hanging out with her dog.
