Position:

This newly created position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, who will provide excellent guidance and mentorship. The FP&A Associate will play a critical role in shaping and coordinating the financial strategy by providing financial planning and analytical support. Additionally, this person will have valuable exposure to multiple areas of the company, including mergers & acquisitions, asset management, and the executive leadership team. This person will play a key role in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting and cash flow forecasting. Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably with a complex, high-growth company.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field.

• Industry experience in energy, infrastructure, real estate or related field.

• Highly analytical with experience in critical thinking and problem-solving; asks questions and seeks input, is curious with the ability to think creatively.

• Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, a passion for teamwork, and a rigorous drive for results in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

• Proficient technical skills, including complex financial modeling and data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to internal stakeholders and external audiences.

• Exceptional organizational skills, efficient work habits and attention to detail with high standards of accuracy and precision.
